Lake View Clinic

Dr. Dan McDermott and Dr. Todd Bettin joined practices in 1996 in Lake View, Iowa. In 1997 this building in Lake View was purchased and remodeling began to provide a place for quality medicine. Their goal was to build a referral center in West Central Iowa for Small Animal and Equine Medicine with an emphasis on Equine Reproduction and small animal orthopedics. They also wanted to continue to provide quality service to the existing livestock producers in the area. With the new building, they also built a state of the art haul-in facility for cattle. The cattle facility includes a crowding tub, hydraulically adjustable run way, hydraulic tilt table and hydraulic working chute.
In February of 2009, Dr. McDermott retired from general practice to pursue some new ventures. Dr Bettin and his wife Teresa, are currently the sole owners and operators of the practice.
